Squash. Pretty soon it will be everywhere — butternut, acorn, Hubbard. While you probably have a few squash recipes in your back pocket, we wanted to offer you some fresh alternatives. Personally, I can't wait to try the squash bread recipe, and while roasted squash is already in my recipe collection, Lidia Bastianich's version with olives and walnuts has me excited.
