GBH Music Announces Third Season of JazzNOW Series in Collaboration with JazzBoston
GBH Music, in collaboration with JazzBoston, has announced the third season of GBH Music Presents JazzNOW, a television and streaming series dedicated to showcasing the extraordinary abundance of jazz talent with ties to Boston. The series will film in front of live audiences starting in February with episodes streaming on PBS Passport two weeks after each event and select episodes airing during Jazz Appreciation Month in April on GBH 2. -
GBH News to Premiere New Podcast: Catching The Codfather
GBH News today announced the upcoming premiere of Catching The Codfather, a new podcast from the Peabody Award-winning team behind The Big Dig and Scratch & Win. Catching The Codfather traces the true-crime story of New England fishing tycoon Carlos Rafael, his controversial rise, and the federal sting operation that finally brought him down exactly 10 years ago this month. The six-part limited series, the latest season of GBH News’ The Big Dig™ podcast, is hosted by Ian Coss, produced by GBH News and brought to listeners in partnership with PRX. Episodes will drop weekly starting on Feb. 11. -
GBH Amplifies Adds Michelin-Recognized Chef Tracy Chang as Fourth Host for Community Conversation Series
GBH today announced that Tracy Chang, the acclaimed chef and owner of Cambridge restaurant PAGU, will join the weekly community conversation series GBH Amplifies as its fourth host. Chang, whose leadership extends from the kitchen to community advocacy, will make her hosting debut at the GBH Studio at the Boston Public Library on Thursday, January 29. -
