GBH Awards Fellowships to Eight Outstanding Producers
Boston public media producer GBH has awarded fellowships to eight outstanding producers, recognizing excellence, potential, and creativity. The recipients of the 2026 Fellowship Awards are Aidan Connelly, Elizabeth Gardner, Christina Monnen, and Erin Texeira for the Becton Fellowship; Kelsey Bresnahan Sousa, Bianca Hillier, and Melissa Pollard for the Margret and Hans Rey Fellowship; and James Jacoby for the Peter S. McGhee Fellowship. -

GBH Music is set to usher in the holiday season with Illuminate Bach: A Holiday Celebration! This festive concert event, filmed live in GBH’s Fraser Performance Studio on Dec. 3 at 8pm and preceded by a reception at 7:15pm, showcases the radiant spirit of Johann Sebastian Bach’s music, performed by the acclaimed Emmanuel Music. -

Stories from the Stage Celebrates 175 Episodes and Kicks Off Season 9 with Powerful True Stories
Stories from the Stage, the acclaimed storytelling series from Boston public media producer GBH and WORLD, has announced the premiere of its ninth season, opening with its 175th episode. This milestone is a testament to the more than 500 talented storytellers who have graced the stage, sharing their raw, authentic, and universally resonant stories that celebrate the depth and breadth of human experience. Season 9, which premieres on Monday, Oct. 6, promises another captivating lineup of narratives, fostering connection and understanding in an increasingly complex world.
