Gov. Patrick traveled to Chicago Tuesday to honor a bet he made with Illinois Gov. Patrick Quinn. The two governors wagered a stint of community service on the outcome of the 2013 Stanley Cup between the Boston Bruins and the Chicago Blackhawks. The Blackhawks won, and Tuesday Gov. Patrick served food at a Chicago soup kitchen.

In the meantime, Sec. of the Commonwealth William Galvin became Acting Governor of Massachusetts, a temporary occupant of the highest office in the state.

Jim and Margery asked callers what they'd like to see Sec. Galvin do during his very brief time as Acting Governor. Should he pardon someone? Remove lightning rods from state house? Make the Mass Pike toll-free for the day? Tweet us, leave a comment on our Facebook page, or drop a comment at the bottom of this page.
