The Joe Hunt Quartet delivers swinging, modern interpretations of classic repertory, from Johnny Mandel to Thelonious Monk. Led by veteran drummer Joe Hunt—whose storied career includes collaborations with Stan Getz, Bill Evans, Chet Baker, Dizzy Gillespie, and Charles Mingus—the group brings together Jerry Vejmola on tenor sax, Yuka Hamano Hunt on piano, and Bob Nieske on bass.
GBH Jazz Nights are made possible by the Goldstein Family Fund.
