President Trump just gave a pardon to former Mr. Four Seasons Landscaping himself, Rudy Giuliani – along with dozens others – for charges related to trying to overthrow the free and fair 2020 election. As the senate makes progress on ending the shutdown, it’s still not totally clear when SNAP recipients can expect the return of food assistance. Food policy analyst Corby Kummer explains.
