Emily Judem

Senior Producer, Digital Video

Emily Judem is a senior producer on the GBH News Special Projects team, where she is responsible for video production and leading long-term, collaborative reporting efforts in the newsroom. Prior to joining GBH, she worked as the multimedia editor at The GroundTruth Project. She has reported, filmed and edited video stories on topics ranging from abortion rights in Argentina to the plight of local DACA recipients to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Kenya and South Africa. Her stories have been published on the BBC, The World Channel, PRI’s The World and GlobalPost, among other news outlets. Her work has won several awards, including four regional Edward R. Murrow awards and multiple New England Emmy nominations.
