During last night's Fox News interview with Supreme Court hopeful Brett Kavanaugh, he used an iteration of the phrase "fair process" at least 14 times in a 20-minute interview. So what exactly is a fair process? And in addition to ensuring the fairness of the process to his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, how can we also make sure the process is fair to the American people? Jim was joined by Martha Coakley, former state Attorney General, and Megan Deluhery, an attorney who has represented both students accused of sexual assault violations, and also Cosby accuser Kristina Ruehli in a defamation suit filed back in 2015.
