During last night's Fox News interview with Supreme Court hopeful Brett Kavanaugh, he used an iteration of the phrase "fair process" at least 14 times in a 20-minute interview. So what exactly is a fair process? But there are at least two women we haven't directly heard from yet — Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez. And while there's been a lot of talk about making sure the process is fair to them, which of course it should be, there is also the question of how we can also make sure the process is fair to the American people, who would live under the rulings a Justice Kavanaugh would help decide for generations to come.
