This week, President Barack Obama instituted a ban on oil and gas drilling and leasing in the bulk of U.S. waters in the Arctic Ocean and parts of the Atlantic Ocean - including some portions off the coast of New England.
But with Donald Trump taking office in less than a month, environmental advocates are concerned Obama's executive action could be reversed.
