Voters in Revere voted "no" this week on a slots parlor that would be built near Suffolk Downs. The local referendum precedes a statewide vote on the same issue. The proposed slots parlor's developer, Eugene McCain, spoke with WGBH All Things Considered host Barbara Howard.
