Sunday marks the fifteenth anniversary of September 11th terrorist attacks. In the wake of the attacks, a fund was established to aid the families of victims. It was led by attorney Kenneth Feinberg, who served as its Special Master. Feinberg spoke with WGBH All Things Considered host Barbara Howard.
