Some marine life has been spotted out of place this week. Harbor seals have been seen not in Boston Harbor, but in the Charlies River basin. Meanwhile, a rare right whale was found off the coast of Nahant, on the North Shore. WGBH All Things Considered host Barbara Howard spoke with Tony LaCasse of the New England Aquarium about the recent uptick in unusual aquatic animal sightings.
