The Latest Food and Wine Trends on Under the Radar with Callie Crossley

Pucker up — sour foods, like fermented kimchee, are the hottest food trend right now — just as we head into the summer season.

And odds are you’ll be cooling down those sour foods with rose’ — once a hot weather pick, now a four-season favorite, drunk all year long.

Joining Callie in the studio with all the latest trends are food and wine connoisseurs Jonathon Alsop, founder and executive director of the Boston Wine School, and Amy Traverso, senior food editor at Yankee magazine and co-host of WGBH's Weekends with Yankee.
