Late-night service on the MBTA is due to end next week. The T's board voted to cut the program last month, citing high costs and low ridership. But the Federal Transit Administration says that the MBTA failed to conduct a required civil rights analysis on how the program's termination would effect low-income and minority riders - something that the T says it will now do. Massachusetts state senator Linda Dorcena Forry is calling on the MBTA to keep late-night service running until that analysis is complete. She spoke with WGBH All Things Considered host Barbara Howard about her request.
