Now that summer is in full swing there’s an embarrassment of great live music in New England. In honor of Independence Day Herwick, McCreath and Hochschild also picked the tune they most identify with America. Herwick picked Simon and Garfunkel’s “America,” Hochschild picked Charles Mingus’ “Better Git It In Your Soul,” and McCreath chose “Chester” by William Billings.
