On Aug. 23-25, the Rockport Celtic Festival will kick off in Rockport, Mass., at the the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Co-artistic directors Brian O’Donovan, who also hosts A Celtic Sojourn on WGBH, and harpist Maeve Gilchrist joined Boston Public Radio to discuss the festival and play some live music.
