Portland, Oregon-based 11-piece band Typhoon perform live in front of a sold-out crowd at Brighton Music Hall in Boston.

Much of the writing on their latest album, White Lighter, draws from front man Kyle Morton's life-threatening experiences with a bug bite as a kid that infected his organs and nearly killed him. He's alive today because of a kidney transplant from his father and with the help of medication that keeps his body from rejecting the new organ.

This show was recorded on September 29, 2013.
