A Boston Pops Christmas: Live From Symphony Hall is a new CD in stores now; the Holiday Pops season begins tonight and runs through December 24th.
The Boston Pops will release its first live holiday CD, A Boston Pops Christmas - Live From Symphony Hall, under the direction of conductor Keith Lockhart, with the acclaimed Tanglewood Festival Chorus, and vocalist Melinda Doolittle, an American Idol finalist. The new album was recorded at concerts during the 2011 and 2012 Holiday Pops seasons in Boston's Symphony Hall, widely considered one of the top concert halls in the world. It is the orchestra’s first seasonal recording since the release of Sleigh Ride in 2004.

This 4-time Tony Award-winning musical of chivalry and medieval finery weaves a tumultuous love triangle between King Arthur, his wife-to-be Guinevere, and Lancelot.
