William A. Lowell of Nahant. Partner of law firm Choate, Hall & Stewart where he is a member of the Wealth Management Group. Bill is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association.
