American Mosaics: Neave Trio

The two-time Grammy-nominated Neave Trio brings GBH Music’s 2025–2026 season to a close with "American Mosaics", a program that highlights the many influences shaping American musical identity. As part of GBH’s America 250 initiative, the performance reflects on the nation’s cultural landscape ahead of the semiquincentennial in 2026.

Kick off summer with a free community celebration of the launch of America’s Awesome Kids, a new series of mini‑docs featuring real kids from across the country. Enjoy hands‑on activities, face painting, photo ops with your favorite PBS KIDS characters, and plenty of awesome kids in the spotlight. As we look ahead to America’s 250th anniversary, we’re excited to celebrate the next generation of leaders!

Disability ReFramed: Celebrating Our Childhood on TV

Join us for the Disability ReFramed panel discussion, Celebrating Our Childhood on TV, which will spotlight the newly launched AAPB Special Collection: Representing Children with Disabilities on Public Television. Disability rights activist and author Emily Ladau and violinist Adrian Anantawan will share how seeing themselves represented onscreen shaped their formative years. Before the discussion, guests are invited to a light reception and a special display featuring highlights from the collection.
