On Tuesday, Rep. Stephen Lynch said that there is only one person who can both defeat President Donald Trump and restore America’s relationship with the international community: former Vice President Joe Biden.
During an interview with Boston Public Radio on Tuesday, Lynch urged voters in Massachusetts to elect Biden over rivals like Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
“He’s obviously got the experience necessary" Lynch said. "I think he covers all of the bases for us as a presidential candidate.
“I think that not only have we suffered at home domestically because of President Trump’s policies, but there’s been terrible damage done to the U.S. brand, and to our country’s reputation overseas," he continued. "And I can think of no one — no one — on the Democratic side or Republican side who can repair that reputation as quickly and as convincingly as President Joe Biden.”
