Suffolk D.A. Rachael Rollins On Moving To Drop Sean Ellis’ Final Gun Charge
Sean Ellis spent 22 years in prison for a murder he always said he did not commit, and even after he was released on bail and his murder charge was dropped a few years ago, a related gun conviction still hung over his head. But that could soon change, as Suffolk District Attorney Rachael Rollins moved Wednesday to try and vacate the gun charge. Rollins joined Jim Braude to discuss.
