With many health officials warning about the increasing danger of indoor gatherings as COVID cases rise, the debate over indoor dining is heating up. Jim Braude was joined by two restaurateurs on opposite sides of the issue: Steve DiFillippo, owner of the Davio’s restaurant group, which continues to provide indoor table service at several of its locations, and Christopher Myers, co-owner of Myers + Chang and Flour Bakeries, which have both offered outdoor dining and takeout during the pandemic but have kept indoor dining rooms closed.
