Rosenstein Rumors A Smoke Screen For Kavanaugh Woes?
After conflicting reports today on whether Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein might resign or be fired, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders announced that he and the President have instead scheduled a meeting for Thursday. That is also the same day that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford are currently scheduled to testify. The timing is certainly interesting, coming on the heels of another accusation against the judge published in the New Yorker Sunday. So what will come of all this? Jim Braude was joined by Jennifer Braceras, Senior Fellow with the Independent Women’s Forum, and Ellen Zucker - a partner at Burns Levinson, who has represented multiple women in sexual misconduct claims.
