Tuesday was Primary Day in Massachusetts. But for many parents, the impending school year is what's on their minds. We've explored K-12 education a lot on this show, and on Tuesday, that exploration continued.

First, Aaron Schachter spoke with Tewksbury teacher Josh Bilodeau, who is cautiously planning to begin a hybrid learning model on Sept. 16. He says the exact details of that plan are still being worked out. Tewksbury School District and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Then, host Arun Rath spoke with Drew Damien, president of the Massachusetts Association for Pupil Transportation, about the challenges facing districts across the state as they plan how to pick-up and drop-off kids from school.
