President Donald Trump and the Republican majority in Washington are looking to make 2018 a banner year for some of their top agenda items: a new health care plan, infrastructure investment and reforming Social Security, Medicare and welfare are all on the table. But the party’s top leaders each have different feelings about which policy to tackle next. So who has the best plan of attack for 2018?
