For award-winning chef Jeremy Sewall his world is the oyster-- and now it can also be yours by way of his latest book,"Oysters: A Celebration in the Raw."

Along with his two business partners, Sewall owns Island Creek Oyster Bar, Row 34 and Row 34 Portsmouth. He joined Boston Public Radio to discuss the restaurant business, how his love affair with oysters began, and the best condiments to put on top.
