Department of Education Releases List of Schools Under Investigation for Sexual Assault

For the first time, the U.S. Department of Education released a full list of colleges and universities facing sexual abuse investigations. Six Massachusetts colleges are on the list including Amherst College, Boston University, Emerson College, Harvard College, Harvard Law School and UMass Amherst. Each of these institutions are facing allegations of mishandling of sexual violence and harassment complaints.
