Taped by WGBH Forum Network, Ishmael Beah, former Sierra Leonean child soldier and author of the memoir A Long Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier, visited Harvard Square's Brattle Theater to discuss his new novel, Radiance of Tomorrow.

During the talk, Beah describes his writing process, how writing fiction was different than his memoir, and how the intricacies of language can lead to some confusing situations.
