The President of the New England Revolution Soccer team tells WGBH they'll "definitely"  have a soccer stadium for the team at some point, saying its critical to the future success of the team.

Brian Bilello, who's in his third season as president of the team, wouldn't be specific about sites or planning, but says Boston is under consideration as a possible site, as well as other surrounding cities and towns.

During the interview with Morning Edition host Bob Seay, Bilello discusses the importance of a local stadium in an urban area and how soccer-specific stadiums are beneficial for the team and the fans.

Bilello's  interview with Seay comes as the team prepares to fly to Los Angeles to take on the LA Galaxy this Sunday in the final  game of the MLS season.
