Three chefs and restaurateurs joined Jim Braude to give their takes on some favorite Thanksgiving dishes: Jay Hajj of Mike's City Diner in the South End, where you can eat a traditional Thanksgiving meal all year round; Nick Calias, the executive chef of Rochambeau in the Back Bay, with a gourmet take on the classics; and Nina Festekjian of Anoush'ella, which has locations in the South End, Lynnfield and at Time Out Market in Fenway, with some Armenian Lebanese-inspired holiday recipes.
