The Zumba prostitution scandal that rocked the tiny town of Kennebunk, Maine last Fall has gotten a lot of media attention. As details have emerged about the case, we’ve found out that 30-year-old Alexis Wright, whom the media has dubbed the “Zumba Madam”, had more than 60 suspected clients.
So many rumors have circled around the case that it can be hard to tell fact from fiction. Journalist and Vanity Fair contributing editor Bethany McLean wrote a comprehensive piece, Town of Whispers, about the double life of Alexis Wright.
