Another week, another set of title changes. Hillary Clinton will be “former” Secretary of State, and it’s now “Secretary” John Kerry, thank you very much. William “Mo” Cowan will be Senator for the time it takes to vote in a permanent replacement.

During this changing of the guard, a bipartisan group of senators and President Obama were busy rolling out a plan for comprehensive immigration reform. And while gun violence flared up in Chicago, Phoenix and Atlanta, the Second Amendment debate continued on Capitol Hill. Emily Rooney hashed out these topics and more on Boston Public Radio.
