Community Canvas is an initiative presented by The Culture Show where GBH features artwork from community members on our Digital Mural.
Today’s mural features a tapestry by Jeanie Crockett. As a rug hooking artist, she aims to create moving pictures in wool strips that please the eyes.
“The fanciful characters here are obviously friends!” Crockett says. “I hope kids on the Mass. Pike will look up with the adults they’re traveling with and find joy in what they see.”
