Community Canvas is an initiative presented by The Culture Show where GBH features artwork from community members on our Digital Mural.
Today’s mural, In My Head by Adria Arch, features acrylic on polystyrene and mixed materials. Her suspended sculptures explore buoyancy and gravity, color and form, presence and absence. Working primarily with lightweight materials like polystyrene plastic and aluminum, Arch constructs large-scale works that float and interact in a space with bold color combinations and forms inspired by nature.
