Today’s mural, Perkins Cove by Lucinda Hamilton, captures a quiet moment of boats anchored in a New England harbor on a summer day. Hamilton’s work is rooted in memory and a desire to slow down and notice the beauty in ordinary moments.
“Through these familiar scenes, I hope viewers are reminded of the places and memories that continue to sustain us and feel like home,” Hamilton says.
Hamilton is a Massachusetts-based artist whose work has been featured in juried shows across the region with the New England Watercolor Society, Newburyport Art Association, and the Rockport Art Association. Her works are part of private collections nationally.
