Join James “Jimmy” Hills, host of the Dorchester-based online show Java with Jimmy, for a special “brew” of his show at the GBH Boston Public Library Studio. Adrianna Boulin, President of Boston Pride for the People, will discuss how they addressed the inequities in Boston’s annual Pride Parade, the third largest in the country, and the work they are doing to increase inclusion and diversity in Boston’s LGBTQ+ community during and beyond Pride Month. Jimmy also talks with Catherine Morris, Founder and Executive Director of the upcoming BAMSFest, celebrating Black Music Month, and the power of art to remind us of our humanity.
