Leading up to the 2018 midterm elections in the heart of the Midwest, three women take on their local political networks, running for office in different parties in a fight to reshape politics on their own terms. Filmmaker Hillary Bachelder—a native of Farmingdale, Maine, now living in Chicago— documents the women’s lives on the campaign trail.
