On The Great British Baking Show tonight, follow the semi-finalists as they come to grips with chocolate, a temperamental ingredient. The Signature task is chocolate tart, followed by chocolate souffle in the Technical challenge. For the Showstopper, the bakers create chocolate centerpieces.
