The male vermillion flycatcher on today’s mural is an example of the glorious and varied wildlife you’ll find in Big Bend National Park—a vast, unspoiled wonderland of serene beauty. Showcasing the natural magic of the area over the course of a year, Nature searches out its secret places and wild creatures, including many species of birds, butterflies, bats, reptiles, cacti and scorpions.
