"Little Shop of Horrors" has found a home in Boston. Fans of the original play, which was adapted for the silver screen in 1986, will not be disappointed with this iteration now running at the Lyric Stage Company in Boston through Oct. 6, according to WGBH News Executive Arts Editor Jared Bowen.

“It’s really fun,” Bowen said during an interview with Boston Public Radio Thursday. “The puppetry and the costumes in this show in particular are really exceptional.”

For those looking for something a little different, Bowen also recommended purchasing a ticket to the upcoming run of “Plaza Suite” starring Matthew Broderick and Sarah Paulson, which will be running at the Emerson Colonial Theater through Sept. 24.
