On the rooftop of the Hotel Grande Bretagne, located in the heart of Athens and in the shadow of the Acropolis, Chef Maria Loi joins Michelin-starred chef, Asterios Koustoudis, to prepare some Mediterranean classics: Melitzanosalata (Eggplant Salad) and Spanakoryzo (Spinach Rice).
