On the latest episode of Open Studio With Jared Bowen, we visit the Museum of Fine Arts, which recently put all 35 of its Monet works on view for the first time in 25 years. This once-in-a-generation exhibition allows audiences to not only take a chronological look at Monet's career, but also to discover how Boston collectors made their way into the artist's circle and championed his work back home. Jared recently discussed the exhibit with Joe Mathieu on GBH's Morning Edition, providing a peek at some of the works in the collection.

Tonight's episode also features artist Dave Cole’s installation, “New Landscapes,” on display at UMass Dartmouth University Art Gallery in New Bedford; visual artist and sculptor Teresita Fernandez’s recent retrospective, “Elemental” at the Pérez Art Museum in Miami; and Nevada plein air artist Monika Piper Johnson.
