Scott Ritter, Former Marine Corps Officer who served from 1991 to 1998 as a United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq in the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM). He is a registered Republican, and his most recent book is *Waging Peace: The Art of War for the Antiwar Movement*.
