The author of *8 in the Box* and *2 in the Hat*, Raffi Yessayan is the former chief of the Gang Unit at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent eleven years, prosecuting violent offenders. He is a much-sought-after lecturer on the issues of gangs, guns, and crime prevention strategies.
