Michelle Lougee

Sculptor

Michelle Lougee is a fiber artist, sculptor, and ceramist. She is a member of the Boston Sculptors Gallery She teaches art at various local museums and Lesley College. Her work addresses the impact of our consumerist society on nature. In an effort to raise awareness of the ocean of plastic waste in our oceans, she uses discarded plastic bags to create sculptures of marine life.
