Josiah George

Assistant Creative Manager, Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum

**Josiah George** spends most of his days in 1773 colonial Boston as the Assistant Creative Manager for the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum.  Much of his time is spent in future planning and projects.  In addition to maintaining the daily museum experience efforts, he co-directs and produces the annual Boston Tea Party reenactment each December.  He also portrays John Adams in the museum’s original presentation of the letters of John and Abigail Adams.  Josiah brings 17 years of professional theater experience as a stage manager, director, production manager, and stage and voice over actor and is a proud member of both Actor’s Equity and the American Guild of Musical Artists.  A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Josiah has worked as a stage manager for Boston Lyric Opera, Stoneham Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre and directed shows for Stoneham Theatre, Boston Opera Collaborative, Artists Collective Theatre, and Riverside Theatreworks.  Josiah resides in the City of Presidents, with his wife and two children
