Frederique Rigoulot is a French journalist who has spent most of her professional career reporting on local news. Her training is in political science, with a public law masters and a journalism diploma. She came to the U.S. with her family in August 2015 to give her children the opportunity to be bilingual citizens of the world. She is the former News Director at Belmont Community Media, where she created and developed a weekly community-driven show.
