Evelyn Nellum is the Director of Technical Assistance & Liaison for School-Based Initiatives, Massachusetts Parent Information and Resource Center (PIRC), a project of the Federation for Children with Special Needs. She has worked in the Early Education and Care field for over 15 years, providing services and supports to children and families from many walks of life.
