Executive Producer, Basic Black

Delores Edwards delores_edwards@wgbh.org is the Executive Producer of Basic Black. Among the awards she has earned are an Emmy, an NABJ award and the Margret and Hans Rey/Curious George Producers fellow. Delores and the Basic Black team received the Boston/New England’s National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Governors’ Award. Prior to joining GBH, she was a producer at national programs and networks, including CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, ABC News, VH1, BET, and OWN. A graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and Northeastern University, Delores began her career at ABC News’ Nightline.
